VERTEX completed this 4,300 SF medical office and clinic space at the North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colorado for a repeat client. The Suite is right off the elevator lobby on the main floor, which required precise delivery coordination and cleanliness. The buildout included 4’ doors to accommodate stretchers and Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout the space.  Finishes are modern with dark wood and white marble finish countertops. The abundant natural light contributes to the brightness of the space creating a welcoming atmosphere for healthcare staff and their patients.
