VERTEX was engaged by the surety who bonded the low-voltage electrical subcontractor performing data and communications installations. The subcontractor was terminated by the contractor for delayed performance and deficient installation. VERTEX was retained by the Surety to review the termination, review the remaining scope of work and alleged construction deficiencies, perform various cost analyses, monitor the completion of the work, and advise on matters relevant to the value of the claim.
