Candice has over 15 years of multi-faceted experience in business operations, accounting, and project management. Shae began her early career in the accounting field, earning an associate’s degree, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Business Supervision and Management and a master’s degree in Information Technology focused on Software Development. She has also taken part in continuing education and professional development programs, earning a Project Management Professional certification and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Her past experience includes roles in primary accounting functions, payroll processing, human resource management, business operations management, process improvement, development and implementation of operating procedures, estimating, bid preparation, and project management. She acted as the Operations Manager for Neptune Fire Protection Engineering for over a decade providing a full suite of business, finance, and IT support to the medium sized, highly specialized engineering firm. With this combined technical management experience and educational background, she brings a power user’s perspective and knowledge into her work within the IT field.
