James Granstra to Speak at ACPA’s 60th Annual Meeting

James Granstra, PSP, PMP, Executive Vice President of Forensics at VERTEX, is set to speak at the upcoming American Concrete Pavement Association’s (ACPA) 60th Annual Meeting from December 12 to December 14.
