VERTEX’s Senior Accounting Consultant for Contract Claims, Bradford Busick, and Forensic Accounting Consultant, Thomas Hennelly, are set to participate in the upcoming 2024 Fraud & Forensic Accounting Conference hosted by the LSU Department of Accounting.
The annual conference, scheduled from July 18 to July 19 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Baton Rouge, gathers professionals including CPAs, certified fraud examiners, forensic accountants, and legal experts. Attendees will engage in discussions on fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and emerging trends in forensic accounting across various industries.
The conference agenda includes keynote sessions by notable speakers such as Mike Willis, Scott Holt Jr., and Christine Cheng, covering topics from crypto-enabled fraud to AI in accounting. Attendees can earn up to 16 CPE hours and 13.33 CLE hours through informative sessions and workshops.
