VERTEX to Attend NAIOP Fight Night 2024 in Denver

October 9, 2024

VERTEX will be joining the commercial real estate industry’s exclusive event, NAIOP Fight Night 2024, on Thursday, October 17th, at ReelWorks in Denver’s RiNo district. Presented by CoStar Group, LoopNet, and Ten-X, this exclusive gathering will bring together over 600 industry leaders for a refined evening of networking, gourmet dining, and live entertainment.

The evening’s itinerary includes:

  • Cocktails: 5:00 PM
  • Dinner: 6:00 PM
  • Real Estate Ringers Boxing Matches: 7:30 PM

Mr. Hanlon is the Division Manager of the Denver office due diligence and remediation department with 17 years of experience working in the environmental and structural consulting field. As the Division Manager he is responsible for senior management as well as specific job functions related to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, hazardous material site investigations, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), desktop reviews, peer reviews, Microbial Remediation Surveys, and Hazardous Materials Surveys.
