CBBG Welcomes Delay Expert Ketan Mistry as Director, EMEA

CBBG Group, A Vertex Company (CBBG), is pleased to announce that Ketan Mistry has joined the firm as Director, EMEA. With more than 18 years of international experience, Ketan has built his career specializing in forensic delay analysis, claims management, schedule assurance, and risk advisory for complex construction and insurance-related matters.

Ketan has worked across a wide range of industries and project types, including large capital development programs, major infrastructure, industrial projects, and high-value commercial assets. His global portfolio spans North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East, where he has supported owners, contractors, insurers, and legal teams navigating delay and disruption challenges.

Over the course of his career, Ketan has been engaged on disputes involving Delay in Start-Up (DSU) and Advanced Loss of Profit (ALOP), Business Interruption (BI), and Property Damage (PD) claims. He has prepared detailed forensic analysis and has contributed to matters requiring expert evidence for arbitration, adjudication, litigation, and other forms of dispute resolution.

Ketan’s depth of experience strengthens CBBG’s growing global presence in delay and dispute services, expanding the firm’s capabilities throughout the EMEA region and beyond.
