Julia Humpidge

Julia Humpidge is a testifying expert and a highly experienced project manager and engineering manager with over 30 years of experience in the global engineering and construction industries. Julia has gathered knowledge and experience on major, complex projects spanning oil and gas, LNG, power and utilities and chemicals sectors throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East. Her extensive experience of the process of engineering design development across multi-discipline teams and the impact of engineering across procurement, fabrication and construction for complex projects has led to her appointment as an independent expert witness on a range of projects, investigating project management, commissioning, fabrication and design issues.

Julia has extensive experience in delivering projects through the design, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning phases including developing and leading multi-disciplinary teams and carrying out project reviews and the successful implementation of stage-gate processes. This has led to her being appointed as an expert on a variety of matters across the traditional and renewable energy, power and chemicals sectors, bringing her knowledge to bare in the forensic investigation of construction disputes and project risk management.
