Ms. Cesario is in the Project Advisory group at Vertex and is responsible for Project Management and Owners Representation in the Greater New York and San Francisco Bay areas. Ms. Cesario was the founder of SCCS Group, which was integrated into The Vertex Companies as of April 2026. With over 25 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry, Stephanie Cesario has established herself as a leader in New York City, California, and the Midwest. She has successfully led top-tier construction management teams across diverse building sectors, overseeing ground-up construction, major modifications, adaptive reuse, historic landmark restorations, and high-end interior projects. Stephanie is experienced in supporting community-based development including thoughtful housing solutions, not for profit development, institutional growth, and renovation and restoration of capital assets.
