Our esteemed director of economic and market research, Alan Nevin, is once again making headlines for his industry leadership and accomplishments, this time on an international scale.
Nevin has earned the prestigious award of International Fellow from Lambda Alpha International (LAI), a global honorary society of distinguished professionals in all fields related to land use and development. LAI members are committed to promoting best practices and making a difference in their communities, with a growing network of chapters in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
An LAI International Fellow is a member whose efforts have significantly advanced the purposes, organization or growth of LAI. Nevin is one only 28 members to be named Fellow in the society’s 81-year history.
Nevin is widely considered the “Dean of Real Estate Feasibility Research” in Southern California, although his economic expertise has been sought by developers and other clients across California, the United States and beyond.
He published his first book, The Great Divide: The Story of America Tomorrow, in 2016.
“This is indeed an honor and I am deeply appreciative,” said Nevin. “I intend to use this platform to enhance the study of land economics and promote its important role in the economy and lifestyle of industrialized nations.”
Nevin has been a long-time member of LAI, currently serving on its executive board and previously serving as president of the San Diego Chapter. He has been with Xpera Group since 2013.
Congratulations on this well-deserved honor, Alan!
