The Vertex/Compass OPM team of Jon Lemieux, Bryan Jarvis, and Steve Devine celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony on March 5, 2021 for the new Dedham Public Safety Building Project.
The project is the construction of a new 50,000 SF facility for Dedham’s Fire and Police Departments complete with Dispatch and Emergency Operations Centers. The building includes a 30,000 SF underground parking garage to be used for staff and fleet parking. A small Memorial Garden will connect the facility to the adjacent Town Hall grounds creating a municipal campus for the Town of Dedham. The team on this project includes Dore & Whittier Architects and Commodore Builders. This $55M project will be completed in the Fall of 2022.
