VERTEX to Exhibit at the 2026 TBA Construction Law Forum

January 15, 2026

VERTEX will attend and exhibit at the 2026 Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) Construction Law Forum, taking place on January 23, 2026, at the Tennessee Bankers Association – Bradley L. Barrett Training Center, located at 211 Athens Way, Nashville, TN 37228.

Designed for both new and experienced practitioners, the full-day continuing legal education program offers two educational tracks. Morning sessions provide a practical overview of foundational construction law topics, including preserving and enforcing lien rights, recent case law developments, and common pitfalls that can lead to costly disputes. Afternoon sessions shift to more advanced discussions, examining payment obligations under the Prompt Pay Act, the growing influence of artificial intelligence in construction and legal practice, and ethics considerations specific to construction law.

Representing VERTEX at the forum is Catherine Pierce, MBA, Senior Managing Director of Growth Strategy, Claims, Disputes & Forensics, who will be attending and exhibiting throughout the event. Catherine will be available to connect with attendees and discuss how VERTEX supports construction stakeholders through claims analysis, dispute resolution, and risk management services.
