This project includes a 354,000 sq. ft., 42-story mixed-use building located in the academic neighborhood of Morningside Heights. 100 Claremont provides approximately 54,000 sq. ft. of modern classrooms, academic offices and faculty-designated apartments. The remainder of the building includes approximately 165 condominium residences.
