The Project

The ADAMS owner’s representation team, now a VERTEX company, supported development of this multi-phase healthcare campus, helping deliver a seven-story acute care hospital with planned expansions for specialized care, inpatient capacity, and future academic facilities.

Construction of a new campus and hospital. The $400M campus includes:

Phase 1

• Seven-stories, 343,000 SF, 82 beds
• Med-Surg; 48 universal care including 12 ICU; NICU; postpartum/antepartum/GYN
• Surgery with eight LDR and two shell (includes two C-Section ORs and one shell), six ORs and two shell, two cath lab/IR rooms; three GI-endo/bronch
• Emergency department with 15 exam rooms, one resuscitation room, four dedicated OB exam rooms
• Diagnostic imaging with two CT, one R/F, one MRI, one nuclear med (spec CT), two ultrasound, three non-invasive (stress, echo/EKG, PFT)

Phase 2

• Inpatient bed tower vertical expansion (up to three levels – 72 Beds)
• Heart hospital
• Structured parking garage

Phase 3

• Inpatient – additional horizontal bed tower expansions (up to 300 additional beds)
• Structured parking garage #2
• Medical office building #2
• Medical school
