The Isles of Porto Vista Phase II is the new construction of 105 units of multifamily construction in Cape Coral, Florida The project involves the ground up construction of 7 three-story garden style apartment buildings, each containing 15 units of housing. VERTEX was retained by the surety after the termination of the general contractor. VERTEX provided surety consulting, schedule analysis, subcontractor ratification, payment bond claim analysis, and evaluation of completion delivery methods on behalf of the surety. VERTEX is currently serving as the surety’s Construction Manager through the completion of the project.
