Vertex served as the delay expert for a subcontractor involved in the construction of a $150 million 11-story luxury hotel in downtown Denver. Vertex conducted a site visit to evaluate the substantial completion of the subcontractor’s work and performed a windows delay analysis to evaluate and allocate delay on the project. Affidavits were prepared in advance of arbitration and Vertex presented its findings at a mediation prior to resolution of the matter.
