This new six-level, state-of-the-art surgical pavilion was constructed on a congested urban campus. The facility includes 774,000 SF of above-ground patient floors and below-ground mechanical and parking areas. Features include:

The client managed final contract negotiations and implementation, with our team providing support as needed. Our team also provided medical equipment planning.
