Shops at Northfield Stapleton Storefront

Vertex was awarded a large landlord prep project at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton. The project involved dividing a big box store into two separate units. The entire front of the building was removed and a new storefront vestibule was installed, along with all new storefront and associated concrete work, steel erection, masonry, and stucco. Vertex prepared the storefront for the tenant to come in and install their finishes in order to open in time for Black Friday 2018. Vertex General Contracting successfully coordinated complicated scheduling issues and satisfied objectives for the City of Denver, the tenant, and the landlord. The new storefront showcases the tenant’s modern brand while remaining consistent with the current aesthetic of the open-air retail center.
