Vertex performed the medical office renovation at Sky Ridge Medical Center, a hospital and ER in Lone Tree, Colorado. The space was fully gutted to create a speculative suite showcasing new building standards. Construction included a reception area with solid surface transaction tops, waiting area, nurses’ stations, and exam rooms.
