VERTEX performed Construction Services for the HOA of a condominium complex in Boston, Massachusetts to repair damages resulting from water infiltration. The scope of work included work within several units and common areas in this multi-family complex. Services included roof and drain repairs, deck replacement, as well as interior demolition, replacement of interior finishes, and repairing and refinishing hardwood floors. VERTEX also obtained a sidewalk permit and detail for the project. Even with the congested, urban setting of this site, services were provided on time and within budget.
