A return client contracted VERTEX to perform General Contracting services at a Denver women’s designer fashion boutique in the Cherry Creek North area which has been a fashionista’s mecca since 1985.
For this project, existing retail space was gutted and remodeled to create an industrial modern look that included ground concrete floors, bright colors, edgy furnishings and an open floor plan. Work performed included demolition, framing, grinding the floors, finishes, and coordination of moving and re-using components from the client’s former location to the new location. To make the shopping experience enjoyable for customers, the design included a sound system, track lighting and spotlights to accentuate displays on the floor, and high-end mirrors and curtains. With a very aggressive schedule set by the client, this project was fast-tracked and completed in just over a month.
