Alan Schwartz
Senior Consultant, Project Controls
Mr. Schwartz has over 35 years of experience in the planning, scheduling and execution of construction projects. He has been involved in various projects including the construction of high rise residential/commercial buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, government buildings, military installations, hospitals, schools, airports, train/subway systems, and environmental clean-up sites. His experience includes construction project management, CPM scheduling, construction claims investigation, schedule delay analysis, cost control, estimating, and instruction of the basics of scheduling and cost management.
Mr. Schwartz has worked for TriLogix (“A VERTEX Company”) for over 20 years. Much of that time he has been involved in developing, maintaining and assessing construction schedules or providing analysis and resolution of construction claims. He has also testified and participated in arbitration and mediation proceedings on behalf of project Owners and contractors.
Prior to working for VERTEX, Mr. Schwartz worked in the field of Construction Project Management at various construction sites in New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Michigan, and Georgia.
Mr. Schwartz holds a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
