Christian is an expert witness with testifying experience on matters of planning, delay and disruption. Christian is a Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, and has over 24 years of construction management, contracting and construction claims experience.
Christian’s expertise is gained from working for both consulting and contractor organisations and on a wide variety of national and international projects, ranging from retail, oil and gas, petrochemical, processing, marine salvage, ship building, offshore, building and civil engineering infrastructure projects.
Christian has provided independent testimony on matters of delay to arbitration proceedings in the GCC. Christian has experience in arbitration under DIAC, LCIA and ICC rules.
