Dana Murphy
Assistant General Counsel
Dana Murphy has a broad range of litigation and corporate legal experience. Prior to joining Vertex, she represented numerous corporations and individuals before state and federal courts in a variety of litigation matters. Currently, Ms. Murphy serves as Assistant Legal Counsel at Vertex. As Assistant General Counsel, Ms. Murphy is responsible for assisting Mr. Jeb Bryan, Chief Legal Counsel, with all corporate legal matters.
