Dan has been involved in numerous dispute roles in high value multifaceted arbitration and litigation proceedings and acted as Quantum Expert on numerous occasions. Dan has a working knowledge and experience of commercial and contracts management, dispute resolution and international arbitration. He has gained experience in various sectors including MEP services, leisure/entertainment, building, high rise, healthcare, aviation, education, power and oil and gas.
Dan has been appointed as a Quantum Expert in respect of an airport, a power station, a stadium, and a major infrastructure project, including giving oral testimony in front of leading Arbitrators and Counsel. He has also been responsible for the running and management of several high profile and challenging arbitration commissions and expert appointments, consisting of varying sized teams. These have involved high volume complex, inter-connecting workloads usually within fixed and challenging deadlines.
