Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Managing Director of CBBG Group (A Vertex Company). Dominic has over 18 years’ industry experience across various construction and engineering sectors in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
He is regularly appointed as an independent expert witness in the field of quantum (damages) on construction and engineering matters in mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Dominic has also been appointed as Joint Single Expert. He has testified in both adjudication and arbitration hearings, and has also provided concurrent expert evidence with the opposing expert. Dominic has an extensive understanding of standard forms of contract (including NEC2, NEC3, NEC4, JCT, FIDIC, PPC, ICE and ICC) and often provides training on their use.
