Dr. Jackman’s knowledge goes beyond her decades in healthcare facility transition and activation. She has developed a unique blend of expertise including organizational strategy and process engineering; healthcare operations skills; IT experience; and a strong background in project management and construction processes. Velma has devoted her career to helping clients manage change, adapt to new processes, and stay flexible yet organized throughout a facility move. Velma is passionate about addressing the human side of every transition project.
Velma earned her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with focus in Healthcare Foresight from Regent University. She also holds a B.S. from Kansas State University and an M.S. from the University of North Texas.
