Eric Rubin
Assistant Project Manager, Owner's Representation
Eric Rubin is an Assistant Project Manager in VERTEX’s Owner’s Project Management (OPM) service area. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst College of Engineering and graduated as a Commonwealh Honors College Scholar with Distinction. Eric’s OPM experience includes K-12 schools, Public Safety Complexes, Libraries, and other public building projects. He has performed a wide variety of construction management duties from designer selection assistance to project closeout, including proposal review, procurement, construction oversight, change management, and warranty claims. At VERTEX and while earning his degree, Eric has been an active member of numerous project and engineering design teams; he has developed strong interpersonal skills through contractor and client interactions that assist problem-solving in the field.
