Jerry Librizzi

Jerry Librizzi is a Senior Consultant for VERTEX in the Mid-Atlantic Regional office responsible for all VERTEX construction activity throughout the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Mr. Librizzi has worked in all areas of the construction industry with both national and international experience for public as well as private sector work. His experience spans all construction delivery methods including general contracting, construction management, Owner representative, and design/build approaches. Mr. Librizzi’s 35-year career in the construction industry has afforded him an in-depth knowledge and clear understanding of the overall construction process and management of complex construction sites.

Prior to VERTEX, Mr. Librizzi was employed by The Morganti Group Inc. and Whiting Turner Contracting Co. On-site management experience includes educational facilities, maximum-security facilities, water, and wastewater treatment plants, military facilities, industrial facilities, hospitals, office building, and research facilities. This diversified background provides a strong basis for understanding all aspects of the construction process. He has extensive experience in contract development and negotiations for both the private as well as public sectors.
