Karim NagiMBA, B.S.

Karim Nagi brings almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a diverse background across both public and private sector projects. His portfolio includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of large-scale industrial, commercial, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Karim has worked on project sites, head office, and executive office of a multinational EPC contractor.

He has held diverse roles throughout his career, including project engineer, positions in the project controls department focusing on cost engineering and scheduling, and contracts administration. He also served in the executive office of a multinational EPC contractor, where he applied advanced construction management techniques and provided PMO support to critical projects, particularly in the areas of change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.

In his consulting roles, Karim has advised owners, contractors, and legal teams on complex construction claims and disputes, including forensic analysis, delay and disruption claims, and damages quantification. He has worked on arbitration and litigation matters both in the U.S. and internationally, supporting expert witnesses and legal counsel through all phases of dispute resolution.
