Libby has more than 25 years of progressive experience in business management, accounting, payroll, technical writing and proposals, and over five (5) years Human Resource experience. Libby began her early career in business administration in a variety of industries, earning her bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2009. She has also taken part in continuing education and professional development programs, earning her SHRM-CP certification and State of Florida Notary designation.
Libby has been with Neptune Fire Protection since 2021 and has become an invaluable part of the team. Utilizing her skills and experience, she serves as the Office Manager with her main focus on the daily business operations including accounting, payroll, human resources support, process improvement, development and implementation of standard operating procedures, estimating, bid preparation, project scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
