Ms. Tan is an accomplished Project Manager at VERTEX based in the Scottsdale, Arizona office. She has over seven years of expertise in environmental, health & safety, and engineering consulting. Her extensive experience encompasses various projects, including Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Due Diligence, Energy Investigations, Energy Benchmarking and Remediation Services. She has demonstrated proficiency in working with public/military, multifamily, office/retail, industrial storage/warehouse, hotel, undeveloped land, manufacturing facilities, and manufactured housing communities.
Ms. Tan has successfully executed projects across the continental United States. Ms. Tan’s extensive environmental consulting background encompasses projects that have been performed in compliance with a variety of work scopes, including ASTM, the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and various conduit and life insurance company requirements. Additional project-related scopes often include visual assessments of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, cost estimation, capital planning, report reviewing, and engineering data analysis.
