Ms. Tran has over 14 years of high-level customer service experience and has held multiple leadership roles. With her tenured in the Real Estate industry, she also held an Events and Education coordinator position for three years. She is currently a Business Development Senior Coordinator here at VERTEX. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining events materials including tradeshow booths, printed materials, and giveaways. Facilitate virtual events on the “ON24” platform, administer the process for accreditation and guide the pre and post event communications strategy. Also, support and contribute to the BD initiatives, manage, and adhere to the company’s business development budget and goals. Lastly, provide post Business Development event ROI analysis based on established key performance indicator.
