Mr. Arndt has over thirty years of experience in Program Administration & Oversight, Project Controls, Comprehensive CPM Scheduling including Schedule Risk Identification & Evaluation, Cost Control, Schedule Delay Analysis and Entitlement Determination, Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Claims Avoidance and Resolution. He has performed this work for multiple transit and transportation projects.
He has lead teams providing cost control, change management, comprehensive claim evaluation and responsibility assessment, schedule evaluation and delay analysis, and contract oversight. As a construction manager, he has overseen the construction of numerous projects including infrastructure, office buildings, laboratory structures and waste water treatment facilities. He is proficient in critical path method schedule delay methodologies and schedule risk identification strategies. Mr. Arndt has extensive experience performing forensic claim evaluation including schedule delay/disruption analysis and entitlement assessment. Mr. Arndt holds a Masters Degree specializing in Construction Management, is a CMAA Certified Construction Manager and an AACE Certified Professional Planner & Scheduler.
