Managing Director, Project Advisory

Mr. Hill is a Managing Director at ADAMS (a Vertex Company). Mr. Hill has over twenty-three (23) years of experience managing the construction of multimillion-dollar healthcare facilities across a variety of markets, regions, and property locations, including brownfield sites. He has lead both owner’s representation and property condition assessments (PCAs) projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. He is skilled in handling unique contract and partnership situations such as joint ventures or alternative funding sources. He is hands-on in all stages of projects from the schematic budgeting and bid process, to the contracts and project closeout.

Program Management/Owner’s Representative
Mr. Hill has extensive experience in managing all phases of large healthcare construction projects including team selection, budget development, design coordination, cost tracking, schedule tracking, and building activation. He has completed healthcare projects in multiple states ranging from Wisconsin to south Florida.

Property Condition Assessments
Mr. Hill has completed Condition Assessments on facilities across the country including large acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, and urgent care facilities. Following a thorough visual inspection of a facility he is able to identify key areas that need immediate attention or may need repairs in near future and then provide a 10-year projection of capital costs needed to address those areas.
