Mr. Crosby is a Senior Project Manager and New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional with over 20 years of experience working on environmental due diligence and site remediation projects in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Crosby is the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional of record for multiple New Jersey Spill Act, leaking underground storage tank, and Industrial Site Recovery Act projects. Mr. Crosby’s project experience includes the management of a complex investigation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water. His involvement with this project has provided insight into the regulation of these emerging contaminants, the methods for investigating them, and the interpretation of sampling data. As the Licensed Site Remediation Professional, Mr. Crosby has completed and provided oversight for the completion of preliminary assessments, site and remedial investigations, remedial actions, the inspection and certification of engineering and institutional controls, and the preparation and review of the technical documents documenting this work. Mr. Crosby has applied his knowledge of the New Jersey Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites, the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, and the numerous technical guidance documents to bring contaminated sites to regulatory closure.
