Richard Klein has over 40 years of experience in structural design of buildings and has worked in virtually every state in the country. His design experience encompasses all phases of structural design from schematic framing layout to construction administration, including complete project management, specification writing, cost estimating, and special inspection.
Mr. Klein has been a project engineer or engineer of record on over one billion dollars of construction on all types of building construction, including office buildings, hotels, condominiums, apartments, schools, hospitals, churches, parking structures, residential, and more. Construction types include all materials including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
