Robert is a Director of CBBG Group (A Vertex Company). Robert has over 10 years of experience in construction planning, construction claims and is an experienced forensic planner and delay analyst.
Robert has gained considerable experience in the preparation of extension of time claims for the purposes of claim submissions to Employers, as well as expert commissions in both arbitration and litigation. He has supported various delay and quantum experts in the preparation of expert delay reports. Robert has provided independent reviews of Contractor’s claims and Engineer’s Determinations. He has prepared rebuttals and counterclaims for Employers.
Robert has gained experience in various sectors such as commercial and residential property, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, roads, schools, hospitality, water, rail, natural resource and oil and gas sectors.
Robert has provided support to delay and quantum experts where experts have provided independent expert testimony on matters of delay and quantum to arbitration proceedings.
