Ryan Gallup
Project Manager, ESG Committee Chair, Litigation Damages
Ryan Gallup is a Project Manager for the Litigation Support group for VERTEX. Mr. Gallup earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Thereafter, he went to work for a reputable nation-wide General Contractor (Hensel Phelps) with whom he completed projects including a hospital renovation, large office building, and data center. Mr. Gallup’s litigation experience includes analysis of construction damages and cost to repair, determination of parties responsible and allocation of damages, standard of care analysis, termination review, and construction contract and schedule claims. Mr. Gallup develops detailed and accurate construction estimates and reports and helps prepare expert testifying witnesses for deposition, arbitration and trial.
