Serina Burch is the Regional Administrative Manager for the Construction Consulting group and is responsible for assisting with project work authorizations, budgets, timesheets, expense reports, and travel arrangements. Ms. Burch also assists with invoicing, event planning, and overall administrative needs for the Construction Consulting group.
