Forensic Civil Engineer
William Brogan has over 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Highway Construction Engineering and has an educational background in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He has provided comprehensive Construction Phase Engineering Services on a multitude of highway projects including full depth reconstruction, utility, drainage, intersections, paving, in addition to erosion control, traffic coordination, and quality assurance. Mr. Brogan prior projects include federal highway projects as well as other highway infrastructure projects throughout the country. His engineering background also includes site civil design, utility design, permitting, and construction observation. Additionally, Mr. Brogan has provided Civil Forensics Services for projects that have included design defects, cost to complete, standard of care, and insurance claims.
