Carly Spink
Project Manager II, Project Advisory
Carly Spink is a Project Manager II for VERTEX in the Real Estate Construction Group. She graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture and received her Construction Supervisor’s License (Unrestricted) in 2017. Ms. Spink has been involved in a variety of projects, including owner’s project management for public and private entities as well as surety consulting projects. Specific expertise includes construction risk assessments, construction project monitoring, and owner’s representation from pre-construction through completion. Ms. Spink has also assisted with cost-to-complete studies and performance bond claim investigations. Prior to employment at VERTEX, Ms. Spink worked for an architectural firm in Brockton, MA. She was actively involved in design development and preparation of construction documents.
