VERTEX worked on the construction of a new 15,000 s.f. retail building in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The work performed as part of this 1.62-acre site development included: the completion of site layout design and construction oversight management for the new building. Also included in the scope of work were the associated exterior site improvements.
There were many unique design elements at the site including coordinating with existing storm utilities, coordinating fill on other existing utilities, right of way improvements to Lohman Avenue, and repair/improvements to the existing site wall.
