VERTEX performed Civil Engineering design of a 35-acre subdivision. The Wagons West subdivision was comprised of 131 duplex and townhome lots. VERTEX efforts included the Grading design for the site, the internal Road Development, access Road Widening & Turn Lane Design, Stormwater Conveyance and Detention Facility Design, Sanitary Sewer System design, and Water System plans. The hydrologic and hydraulic analysis was conducted to support the stormwater facility development.
