Real Estate Economist Alan Nevin, recently appeared on a local San Diego TV show hosted by Steve Sexton of the Sexton Advisory Group, called the Silver Hair Tsunami.
In the interview, Alan offered his take on the “amazing state of the local economy,” as well as discuss the findings of his new book “The Great Divide.” The new book focuses on the states and metropolitan areas that will have a glorious future and those that won’t.
