Kevin Talley has over seven years of experience as a construction claims consultant, with a specialty in schedules and delay analysis, as well as five years of general contracting experience on projects ranging in value from $7mm to $50mm. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Temple University, Kevin served as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Superintendent, and Project Engineer for two ENR Top 400 General Contractors. He worked on projects located throughout the northeast of the United States of America, with a focus on utility and infrastructure. Kevin’s claims analysis experience includes project of multiple types, including bridges, schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, apartments, condominiums, highways, electrical transmission lines, natural gas pipelines, solar farms, and light rail. Kevin utilizes his technical proficiency and practical experience to clearly present claims and assist clients in dispute resolution, and Kevin has performed analyses and reports for various forums of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
