Nick has over 20 years of experience working on a wide array of environmental, oil & gas and natural resource projects throughout the United States. He has project management and execution experience developing investigations as the responsible party in charge of product, staff, operations, subcontractors, clients and budgets. Nick has completed projects under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TCEQ’s) Spill Prevention and Control, Municipal Solid Waste, Underground and Aboveground Storage Tanks, Dry Cleaner Emergency Response and the Texas Risk Reduction Program rules as well as the Texas Railroad Commission rules; Clean Water Act; Federal Safe Drinking Water Act; Missouri Department of Natural Resources; New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP); and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP).
