Mr. Ayrapetov has over 10 years of consulting experience advising owners, architects, engineers, contractors, insurers, and counsel on a wide range of projects in public and private sectors, including mass-transit, rail, highway, heavy civil, bridge, energy plant, wastewater treatment facilities, US Army projects, and also major commercial projects such as hotels and resorts. Additionally, Mr. Ayrapetov has over 10 years of experience working on numerous tenant improvement projects.
Mr. Ayrapetov’s expertise includes earned value management and performance assessments; schedule assessments; cost and schedule controls; owner’s representative services; resolution of contract disputes change order and claim reviews; root-cause analysis of the claim; damages assessment; schedule impact and productivity analysis; design errors and omissions assessment; litigation support, and alternative dispute resolution and negotiation support. Mr. Ayrapetov holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
