Christopher Feyen
Project Manager, Project Advisory
Christopher Feyen is currently serving as a Project Manager and Team Lead with Vertex. His extensive expertise encompasses program management, tenant improvement, Phase I ESAs, general construction project consulting, project monitoring and funds control, schedule and impact analysis, construction due diligence, letter of reliance, Phase II ESA in Canada, geotechnical survey, construction monitoring, construction risk assessment, building envelope/enclosure, and construction services. Holding a B.S. in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, he is OSHA 10 certified.
In addition to his current position, Christopher brings a wealth of experience from his past roles in real estate development, executive leadership, investing, and new home construction. His leadership style is rooted in leading from the front, with a focus on business development, negotiation, brand building, finance, land acquisition, property management, marketing, client retention, sales, project management, and value creation.
