Michael has nearly 30 years of professional experience in CPM scheduling, Construction Claims, Litigation Support and Project Management Oversight.
Michael has developed detailed schedules and provided peer reviews of complex construction projects throughout the NYC metropolitan area. He has worked with developers, owners, construction managers, contractors, designers and subcontractors to create master schedules from conceptual development through testing, commissioning, agency inspections, FF&E and personnel relocations.
Project types include: commercial & residential high-rise buildings, facility power and chiller plants, cogeneration plants, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, labs & vivarium’s, sports venues, retail/entertainment, airports, schools, hotels, residential developments. Michael has provided support in the preparation of schedule delay analysis, disruption claims, differing site conditions, and extra work claims.
Mr. DiPrimo has been a guest lecturer at Pace University and the NYU School for Continuing Education, and has been part of the in-house scheduling training program for a leading NYC Construction Management company.
